Refund Policy
By enrolling in our training courses, you agree to the terms of our Refund Policy as outlined below:
Refund Eligibility
Students/customers who cancel their enrollment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date are entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Class
Cancellations made within 7 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made.
No Call / No Show Policy
If a student/customer fails to attend the scheduled class without prior notice (no call / no show), no refund will be issued. However, the customer will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied toward a future class. Credit is non-transferable and must be used within 90 days from the original class date.
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to training@hammerheadprotection.com and Anil@hammerheadprotection.com. The date of the email will be used to determine eligibility for a refund.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be given the option of a full refund or transfer to another class.
