Continued Guard Card Training
Once you’ve obtained your Guard Card, BSIS requires you to complete 32 hours of continuing education: This course package meets the continuing education (CE) requirement for all first year security guards.
- Communication and its Significance – 4 hrs
- Handling Difficult People – 4 hrs
- Liability / Legal Aspects – 4 hrs
- Observation and Documentation – 4 hrs
- Officer Safety – 4 hrs
- Post Orders & Assignments – 4 hrs
- Public Relations – 4 hrs
- Trespass – 4 hrs
Refund Policy
By enrolling in our training courses, you agree to the terms of our Refund Policy as outlined below:
Refund Eligibility
Students/customers who cancel their enrollment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date are entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Class
Cancellations made within 7 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made.
No Call / No Show Policy
If a student/customer fails to attend the scheduled class without prior notice (no call / no show), no refund will be issued. However, the customer will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied toward a future class. Credit is non-transferable and must be used within [insert time limit, e.g., 90 days] from the original class date.
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to training@hammerheadprotection.com and Anil@hammerheadprotection.com. The date of the email will be used to determine eligibility for a refund.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be given the option of a full refund or transfer to another class.
